I attatch the photos of situations:
C4.L6 A
C5.L6 A
Dump A

the other cases I have not photographed I think (maybe we check later
with Laurette).

Dear all,

I would just like to summarize adn keep a trace of the
"non-conformities" observed yesterday in the tunnel.

1. C4.L6 :
 - monitors BLMEI.Q4L6 and BLMES.Q4L6 on the TCDSA are placed just
behind a RADMON monitor and then I think a bit too much on the side on
the TCDSA. To be checked with Mariusz's pictures.
 - on the beam dump line, at the level of the entrance of the TCDQ
(around DCUM=16616 m), there is a Vaccuum pump with a smaller diameter
than the vacuum chamber. There are no monitors planned at this level.
Sto be checked if it is a real diameter change and then evaluate the
need of ICs at this level (proximity of the TCDQA monitors?).
- move the direct interlocked IC wrongly placed at the TCDQD level to
the TCSG (from DCUM = 16511.942 to DCUM = 16505.548) as on the
drawings.

 2. C5.L6:
 - the two chambers placed on the dump line (BLMDI.624210.B2 and
BLMDI.624211.B2) just at the exit of Q5 could be moved to 1 m after
the vacuum chamber diameter change (instead of 1.9m) because the
support of the dump line which was preventing it according to the
drawing is not at the right location.
 - the 2 BLM (BLMDI.624480.B2 and BLMDI.624481.B2 ) are not placed
close to vacuum chamber diameter change: the change is just before the
DFBA (some 4 m downstream on the dump line). To check if it is
possible to move the two monitors keeping the left and right
disposition (because of the current leads, it could be necessary to
place them top and bottom).

3. along the dump line:
 - the 2 monitors BLMDI.625860.B2 and BLMDI.625861.B2 are placed 1m
upstream the diameter change instead of 1 m downstream (= move them by
about 2 m downstream the dump line)
- to check if it is possible to replace the 2 ionisation chambes
placed at the BTVDD by 2 SEM 1 m after the separation window at the
entrance of the dump cavern.

I think Mariusz has some pictures of all of that.
