run it by

Graphical User Interface should appear .
Select number of channels to plot and the first channel.
(older MDs - the 1st was always the SEM...)
If you plot just the SEM PM, tick SEM - proper calibration will be used.
If you want electronics counts (not dose rate) check counts.
You can plot RAW electronics data if those were saved as the data for the second
CFC, connected to the DAB card.

Maximum number of points is 43690 saved by PM, ths can be reduced for easier
fitting in root...

The dose is integrated for Integrlen time from the (peak time - Integrlen*0.1).
Peak is searched within the plotted data.

FFT can be done from the fstCH2plot (standard unsmoothed data) 
2nd window pops out.
